Case 1987-10

October 1987. On the night of her nineteenth birthday, Anabel Whitmore went up to her room and never came down.
Her bedroom door was locked from the inside. Her candles were still burning. The window was painted shut years before. There was no one in the room.
The family left a week later. Every tenant since has moved out within a month.
Neighbors report lights turning on in an empty house, a woman humming at 3 a.m., freezing cold on summer nights, and something standing in the upstairs windows.
Three paranormal teams went in between 1988 and 1999. Only their equipment came back: an EMF reader stuck at level 5, a notebook filled with handwriting that wasn't theirs, and a camcorder tape nobody could finish watching.
The case was sealed. Until now.
Case 1987-10 is open again. You are the next investigator.
